SUMMARY:Diving Deep into Artificial Intelligence: Using STEAM to Foster SEL
DESCRIPTION:STEAM (Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Arts & Mathematics) is an area where many students may not traditionally see themselves; it is crucial to design experiences that increase their self-awareness\, sense of belonging\, and self-efficacy–valuable social and emotional competencies. In this presentation\, which was previously shared during the 2023 Collaborative for Academic\, Social\, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) Annual SEL Exchange in Atlanta\, GA\, the team will share insights from teaching a short course on artificial intelligence.
