This program is the right fit for you! \nThis exciting college and career pathway program will help you jump-start your career in computer science and/or data analytics. \nIn Beyond Possible\, you will participate in fun and engaging coursework with The Possible Zone (TPZ) and Wentworth Institute of Technology at TPZ’s Innovation Center in Jamaica Plain. \nWe are recruiting BPS high school students who: \n\nAre 10th graders in Spring 2025\nAttend English H.S.; Dr. Albert D. Holland High School of Technology; Madison Park\nVocational Tech; or John D. O’Bryant H.S.\nCan complete fun and exciting computer science workshops during February or April vacation\n\nTake the First Step!\nInterested parents and students (from any of the four schools listed above only) must attend a Family Info Session; the next/final VIRTUAL session via Zoom will be Thursday\, February 6th\, 5:30-6:30 p.m.: \nREGISTER FOR THIS INFO SESSION \nLOG INTO THE ZOOM MEETING ON THURSDAY\, FEBRUARY 6th

DESCRIPTION:Students are enjoying Deep Dives during February vacation: \nBeyond Possible – Creative CompSci section 1 & 2 \nIn this fun\, hands-on four-day workshop students are learning the Arduino and Processing coding languages to create games with new friends!  \nDeep Dive: Dance and Performance Production \nIn the Dance & Performance Production class\, students are learning basics in Black American dance styles AND ways to design a performance from marketing flyers to set design.   \nDeep Dive: Your Story\, Your Way \nPersonal stories are valuable. And they deserve to be heard. In this Passion Track\, students are reflecting upon story-worthy moments in their lives and learning to craft those stories through artistic mediums. Through community building\, story-generating exercises\, and artistic expression\, they’re discovering fun and meaningful ways to share who we are.   \nCollege & Career Bootcamp: Robotics  \nInterested in learning more about robotics? Students in this Pathways Bootcamp are learning about the career of robotics\, meeting and networking with professionals working in the field\, and visiting the company Boston Dynamics and the college Wentworth Institute of Technology. \n
