Luke Vuolle
Ventures Head of Product
Previously, Luke served as Director of Product Development at Sleepy Tie, where he led the launch of 10+ products, managed overseas supply chains, and scaled operations. Before that, he was Head of Design and Manufacturing at 52 Launch, guiding teams to launch 25+ products across diverse categories and fostering creativity, accountability, and product excellence. In addition to his professional experience, Luke has worked as an Art and Technology teacher in public education, designing curriculum and facilitating STEAM experiences that empowered K‑6 students to explore, create, and iterate.
At TPZ, Luke applies an entrepreneurial mindset, design expertise, and operational leadership to help young people build skills, networks, and confidence to launch meaningful careers, championing curiosity, growth, and real-world impact.
