Technical Product Owner
As Technical Product Owner, Michelle partners with our Research & Evaluation team to drive the vision and strategy for our custom-built Knowledge Management (KM) platform. The primary bridge between our program teams and our external technology partner (Kanda Software), she ensure ours “central nervous system” continues to effectively support everything from student enrollment to data analysis.
Michelle (she/her) has worn many hats in youth-serving nonprofits, including direct student service, program leadership, training, operations, and product ownership. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of Program Operations at Bottom Line. Her work is influenced by her life-long love of data and fueled by a passion for student empowerment. She earned her B.A. in Sociology and Human Development from Colby College and Master of Public Administration from Northeastern University.
