The Possible Zone’s (TPZ) programming is where Boston and Lawrence high school students build valuable work-based learning, technical skills, professional skills and experiences.
WORKFORCE TRAINING SKILLS
While every TPZ student gets a chance to experience job shadowing in our LaunchLabs, our Internship Preparation program provides a weekly series of workshops focused on essential workforce training activities including professional communication, resume building, interview preparation, and application prep. Once a student applies and is accepted into the Intern Prep class, they are guaranteed to leave the class with an internship for the next term.
INDUSTRY INTERNSHIPS
Our program provides opportunities for students to be selected for on-the-job internship experiences.
The Possible Zone programming supports students in discovering their passions, cultivating essential skills, mindsets, and assets, and shaping their futures to achieve upward economic mobility in their chosen paths. Our students are innovators, problem-solvers, team players, learners, and leaders, each gaining practical experience and insight into the working world.
As TPZ is expanding and collaborating with multiple corporate partners and industry professionals, we would love to collaborate with you to provide a work-based learning experience for our students including:
