Camille brings 20+ years of operational leadership experience and a genuine love for building teams and organizations that thrive. As Senior Vice President of Operations, she’s all about removing obstacles, streamlining processes, and creating the conditions where people can do their best work—all while driving real impact.
She’s spent her career balancing the practical side of managing million-dollar budgets and complex operations with the deeply human work of creating inclusive cultures and solving meaningful problems. Before The Possible Zone, Camille was Chief Operating Officer of Flikshop, where she helped families stay connected to incarcerated loved ones, and a Venture Partner at NextGen, investing in early-stage companies tackling environmental, health, and social challenges. She’s also spent time in the financial services world at places like Morgan Stanley, Manulife Asset Management, John Hancock Funds and Wells Fargo.
A self-described servant leader and community builder, Camille believes the best organizations are ones where operational excellence and purpose work together. She holds degrees from Northeastern University (MS in Global Studies and International Affairs, BS in Business Management) and is a proud alumna of The Partnership, Inc. Fellowship.
