Yasenia Dudley Ed.D.

Senior Vice President of Program Strategy

Yasenia is an Afro-Latina, born and raised in Boston, MA. She brings many years of experience in education and youth development across the region to her role as Senior Vice President, Program Strategy at The Possible Zone (TPZ). In this position, she leads the vision and strategic direction for TPZ’s program ecosystem, including Career and Technical Education, Dual Enrollment, Work-Based Learning, and Out-of-School Time programming. Her leadership focuses on strengthening organizational impact, building future-ready learning pathways, and creating the conditions for teams to collaborate, innovate, and deliver high-quality student experiences.

Yasenia holds a Doctorate in Education from Johns Hopkins School of Education, a Master of Arts in Counseling and Health Psychology from William James College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, and relaxing with her Newfoundland Hercules, her chocolate Lab Kaleeci, and her Shorkie Caspian.
