As Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Stephanie leads critical organizational strategies that align with The Possible Zone’s mission and vision. She guides multidisciplinary teams, manages annual planning alongside TPZ’s Board and Leadership, and aligns operational efforts with overall business goals to close performance gaps and drive significant growth and transformation across teams. Prior to joining TPZ, Stephanie served as Senior Director of Programs and as Director of Partnerships for Transforming Education; Consultant for a number of national mission-driven organizations; Content Specialist for the Achievement Network; Middle School Literacy Teacher at the Academy of the Pacific Rim in Boston, and Substitute Teacher at Brighton High School. Stephanie holds a B.A. in Secondary Education and English from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Brandeis University with concentrations in Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship.
