Vanessa Jean-Baptiste
Regional Senior Director of Program Scaling
Vanessa serves as the Regional Senior Director of Program Scaling at The Possible Zone (TPZ), where she leads the strategic expansion of the organization’s program model across a growing regional network. As the central liaison between TPZ’s Boston Innovation Center hub and its partner schools, she synchronizes cross-functional teams to ensure consistent program implementation and the application of TPZ’s core design principles.
With over 15 years of experience in education as a Science Teacher, Instructional Coach, New Teacher Developer, and Program Director, Vanessa has dedicated her career to empowering students and teachers. Her passion for STEM equity and her commitment to addressing systemic barriers have been the driving forces behind her work in inner-city schools. Vanessa holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Boston University and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Public Health from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. In her free time, she is a fitness coach, world traveler, and enjoys outdoor activities with her Husky, Luna.
