Carmen Farias
Director of Talent Operations
Carmen, our Director, Talent Operations, will supports us with total rewards (benefits, compensation, rewards), payroll administration, performance management, and onboarding. Carmen is a Talent professional bringing over a decade of experience to The Possible Zone. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she immigrated to Boston with her family at the age of nine. She attended Boston Latin School where she excelled in foreign languages (she is now a polyglot). She graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in French, which then led her to a five-year stint teaching English in Japan with the JET Program. Since returning to the United States, Carmen has worked mainly in the nonprofit sector, focusing on sharing her passion for all things payroll and benefits with her peers. Outside of work, Carmen enjoys trying cuisines from around the world, dedicating time to her multi-step skincare routine, and collecting earrings.
