Program Partnerships Coordinator
As Program Partnerships Coordinator, David serves as the operational engine for integrating partners into The Possible Zone’s (TPZ) Boston-based student programs, driving critical programmatic, cross-functional, and logistical support. He will drive the operational lifecycle across key program partnerships in Boston, primarily focusing on TPZ LaunchLabs and Deep Dives. He will focus on cultivating and deepening partner engagement with Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners. David will manage logistics for industry site visits, classroom partner integration, and volunteer engagement to support Explore- and Connect-level classes.
Partner Communication, Volunteer Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
Serving as a central collaborative bridge, David will manage incoming volunteer inquiries, coordinate multi-layered volunteer activities, and track deliverables between the Partnerships Team, Program Team, and additional stakeholders. He will also provide essential project management support for high-priority initiatives, including the Careers of the Future (CoF) Industry Council and Integration Taskforce.
Previously the Work-Based Learning Coordinator at TPZ, David has mainly held key roles at organizations like United Way of Rhode Island, Year Up Professional Placement, and Skills for Rhode Island’s Future, where he managed strategic employer relationships, coached candidates into sustainable careers, and supported equitable hiring initiatives. He is passionate about expanding access to opportunity and building talent pipelines that work for both job seekers and employers, creating real impact and long-term success.
