Daina Estime
Senior Evaluation Analyst
Daina joined TPZ after serving for more than six years in a research leadership role at Project Hope Boston, where she led development of the organization’s analytic capabilities to strengthen operations and improve business practices. Prior to Project Hope, Daina supported Children’s Services of Roxbury, Inc. as a Data Consultant and Brigham and Women’s Hospital as Student Success Jobs Program Student Coordinator. She has experience with both qualitative and quantitative research and supports TPZ’s program evaluation efforts, helping us to use data to continuously improve our program, practices, and curriculum.
