Lori brings over 20 years of leadership and Human Resources experience to her role as Chief Talent Officer. As TPZ’s CTO, Lori leads the organization’s Human Resources and Talent strategy, and co-leads the organization’s efforts to continue to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Lori began her career working in the Boston healthcare sector, at multiple major teaching institutions in various operational and Human Resources (HR) roles. She found her niche and served as an HR and talent development leader at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Franciscan Children’s Hospital Officer and Bottom Line. Lori was drawn to TPZ because of her deep passion and commitment to youth development and educational equity.
