Melody Duan
Data Visualization Engineer
Please welcome Melody Duan, our new Data Visualization Engineer! Melody studied mathematics and computer science at NYU and is committed to finding insights from data and numbers to inform decisions through visualization and storytelling. Prior to joining TPZ, she worked on Caribu as a software engineer to build features that help visualize functional dependencies within user’s app architecture. She has also worked as a research analyst at S&P Dow Jones Indices, analyzing large financial data sets to identify market trends. Beyond her work, she volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters to mentor NYC youth in underserved communities on college readiness and career planning. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing and is a pet parent to a rescue dog that is always up to shenanigans and a very photogenic Siberian cat.
