Michelle Goldberg
Senior Director of Program Partnerships
Michelle serves as the Senior Director of Program Partnerships at The Possible Zone (TPZ), where she leverages her vast ecosystem of industry and postsecondary partners to drive high-impact collaborations. In this role, she oversees strategic partnerships across TPZ’s core programming to integrate subject matter experts, mentors, and volunteers into the student experience. Michelle leads key initiatives, including the Careers of the Future Industry Council and Integration Taskforce, bringing together internal and external stakeholders to align program offerings with workforce needs.
Michelle is deeply passionate about career equity and has a proven track record of creating robust pipeline programs to increase access for historically underrepresented populations in the workforce. Her work ensures students are equipped with the critical skills, resources and opportunities on their journey to economic equity.
Prior to joining TPZ, Michelle spent over a decade in career advising and employer engagement within higher education. She managed relationships with over 100 employer partners and advised students and alumni in aligning their passions and skill sets with their long-term career goals. She is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths and MBTIⓇ Coach, continuing to provide career coaching and team training outside of TPZ.
