Pete has focused his career on operational and strategic leadership in nonprofits, and has helped organizations – including TPZ – navigate periods of significant change and expansion. At TPZ, Pete oversees the Operations, Finance, and Partnerships teams and functions, and focuses significant time and energy on building organizational culture. He was also instrumental in the design and buildout to TPZ’s Innovation Center in the Jackson Square community of Boston. Prior to joining The Possible Zone, Pete served as Chief Strategy Officer at iMentor, COO at the National Center for Time and Learning, and Regional Vice President at City Year. Pete lives outside Boston with his wife and two teenage sons.
