Senior Analyst
As a Senior Analyst, Salma primarily supports research work related to development/fundraising, communications, and partnerships. Salma graduated from Boston University with a degree in Political Science and since graduating, has worked on projects with investment banks, e-commerce, and education start-ups, the United Nations, and at various international and local non-profits. As a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), process improvement and organizational design have been at the core of all her past projects. Her personal mission is to leverage cross-sector collaboration and data science to transform the way we view social sector opportunities in the United States and instill the principle that every financial institution is a social impact investor. In her spare time, She loves to longboard, cuddle with her two cats, and dance the night away!
