In partnership with the Talent Team, she supports The Possible Zone in designing and implementing human resource strategies that significantly impact the organization as it grows. Throughout her life experiences, Shayla has developed an understanding and deep commitment to give back to others and improve the community, and she has a specific passion for youth development.
