Staci Dubow
Senior Director of Instruction
Staci Dubow is the Senior Director of Instruction at The Possible Zone (TPZ), where she leads the strategy and implementation of program professional learning. In this role, she coordinates and facilitates professional development and professional learning communities (PLCs). She previously served as an educator and instructional coach at TPZ, helping to develop curriculum and programming for LaunchLabs and entrepreneurship-focused courses. She earned a master’s degree in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, deepening her focus on instructional leadership and student-centered learning design.
Before coming to TPZ, Staci taught AP Research and English and wrote curriculum for high school students in New Orleans. Her classroom experiences deepened a philosophy of education that centers agency, whole-person growth, and creativity in learning. She remains committed to creating conditions where young people can explore, take risks, and envision new possibilities for their future—and our collective future.
Staci grew up in Philadelphia, where she developed a love of food, art, and the natural world. She graduated from Bucknell University, studying English and History with a focus on liberation movements in the United States. Outside of work, Staci enjoys cooking, sewing, hiking, reading, and practicing yoga—and can often be found experimenting with new crafts or soaking up the sun with her cat, Otis.
