As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Stephanie provides leadership to TPZ that supports strategic clarity and alignment and disciplined execution against multi-year and annual goals. Prior to joining TPZ, Stephanie served as Senior Director of Programs and as Director of Partnerships for Transforming Education; Consultant for a number of national mission-driven organizations; Content Specialist for the Achievement Network; Humanities Data Leader and middle school Literacy Teacher at the Academy of the Pacific Rim in Boston, and a substitute teacher at Brighton High School. Stephanie holds a B.A. in Secondary Education and English from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Brandeis University with concentrations in Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship.
