Youth Recruitment Coordinator
Laura is originally from Colombia but was raised in Hartford, CT. She is a bilingual professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts (Graphic Design). Her career spans various roles, including Enrollment Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters and Recruiter for the Hartford Public Schools. Most recently, she served as a Behavioral Tech in one of the Hartford Magnet Middle Schools, where she supported students in their educational journeys.
Passionate about community engagement and education, Laura strives to create inclusive environments that empower youth to thrive. When she’s not engaging with young people, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing kickball in a co-ed league.
