And we are proud to partner with local businesses and large-scale corporations to collaborate on creating innovative career pathways, and to provide internship/job placement and work-based learning experiences. We also welcome guest speakers and volunteers in our varied programming. Through this work, students build their social capital inside and outside of the classroom and we collectively ensure the future workforce is equipped to succeed in careers of the future.

Boston Public Schools
The Possible Zone is a designated Boston Public School (BPS)-Community Partner. We proudly collaborate with BPS to provide ongoing, direct services to students, school staff, families and/or other members of the BPS school community.
Bottom Line
Bottom Line's Access and Success Programs assist first-generation college students graduating from TPZ in navigating the college application and decision process, securing financial aid, ensuring they graduate with minimal debt and are prepared for their careers.
Bridgewater State University
TPZ collaborates with BSU to promote the benefits of the BSU academic programs and resources through career-focused campus visits and information sessions, then both will continue to support students through the application and FAFSA process.
Converse
TPZ and Converse have partnered since 2021 to co-develop and deliver work-based learning experiences that introduce teens to footwear and apparel design, marketing, and production.
CTD Productions
CTD Productions provides subject matter expertise for the story-telling collaboration with NU-OCCE and TPZ, helping to elevate students’ skills in leadership, storytelling, journaling, and podcasting as well as their technical skills in editing and photography.
Duet
This collaboration provides TPZ alumni applicants, age 18 or older, with a high school diploma, GED, or HiSET, with comprehensive support with enrollment, academics, career planning, information sessions, office tours, virtual and/or in-person coaching, and more.
Framingham State University
Ben Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology
TPZ has credit articulation agreements with several higher education institutions, including Ben Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology. TPZ is also proud to be a Premier Partner with BFCIT, as we share our commitment to students finishing college and launching successful careers.
JVS
JVS Boston provides TPZ student applicants with support such as career coaching, resume and cover letter building, career training programs, job searches, college preparation and ESOL, financial literacy, and disability services.
Let's Get Ready
Let's Get Ready offers TPZ students comprehensive, college student-led support throughout their educational journey, from their junior year of high school until college graduation, including SAT preparation, individualized goal-setting, mentorship, and further assistance.
MIT Media Lab Personal Robots
TPZ has partnered since 2021 with the MIT Media Lab Personal Robots group to develop and deliver a Deep Dive focused on Reinforcement Learning.
National Grid
National Grid partnered with TPZ to support a summer 2024 Deep Dive focused on Clean Energy.
Northeastern University College of Professional Studies
TPZ collaborates with NU-CPS to host informational sessions, furnish recruitment materials, and organize campus tours for TPZ students to help their explorations of viable pathways for admission into Northeastern University, with a focus on professional development.
Northeastern University Office of City and Community Engagement
TPZ collaborates with NU-OCCE on a story-telling project to elevate student voices and enhance their skills in leadership, storytelling, journaling, and podcasting as well as their technical skills in editing and photography.
Resilient Coders
TPZ has an ongoing collaboration with Resilient Coders which provides resources and expertise to illuminate tangible pathways into computer science and IT for TPZ students.
Sasaki
Sasaki Foundation supports TPZ students by supplying them with high quality design-thinking internship opportunities, resources and support, tied to Sasaki’s social and environmental design initiatives.
University of Colorado's Build A Better Book
TPZ partnered with the University of Colorado's Build A Better Book on the development of a Deep Dive focused on Universal Design principles.
Wentworth Institute of Technology
TPZ has credit articulation agreements with several higher education institutions, including Wentworth Institute of Technology, which partners with TPZ and Boston Public Schools on the Beyond Possible early college access / dual enrollment program since 2023.
Partnering with schools allows students the opportunity to expand their learning outside of the classroom, through experiential and innovative programming.
