David is a part of the Pathways Work-Based Learning team, building out our internship portfolio for our young people! David is a workforce development and talent acquisition professional with a strong track record in corporate partnerships, client success, and skills-based hiring.
He has mainly held key roles at organizations like United Way of Rhode Island, Year Up Professional Placement, and Skills for Rhode Island’s Future, where he managed strategic employer relationships, coached candidates into sustainable careers, and supported equitable hiring initiatives. He is passionate about expanding access to opportunity and building talent pipelines that work for both job seekers and employers, creating real impact and long-term success. He is excited about the opportunity to work with a mission-driven team like The Possible Zone and contribute to the great work being done.
