Jessika Pun
Customer Happiness & Operations Specialist.
Jessika Pum is the Customer Happiness and Operations Specialist across our portfolio of products in TPZ Ventures. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, while also supporting internal operations and administrative needs that keeps TPZV running efficiently. Based on her deep understanding of customer needs and issues, she helps product teams and TPZV continuously improve customer experience.
A longtime member of the TPZ community, Jessika is an alumna of TPZ and a 2024 Launch program Founding Associate. During her time in the Launch program, she also co-founded Zuri.
