Karen Liberatore
Senior Manager of Operations
Born and raised in Boston, Karen has extensive experience working with youth and families in a variety of settings. She holds a Master’s in Language and Literacy from Simmons University and a Bachelor’s in Education from Smith College. Prior to joining the TPZ team, Karen held multiple leadership positions in the non-profit sector including serving as the first female Director of Camp Hale, an overnight camp located on Squam Lake in New Hampshire. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. Karen is working on our technology initiatives, streamlining vendor management and developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for critical operations processes.
