Ky’Ann Horton
Youth Development Manager
Ky’ann is a Boston native who grew up in Dorchester. With over a decade of experience in youth development, Ky’ann has been a committed advocate for empowering young people in the Boston area. He graduated from Boston Community Leadership Academy in 2014 and pursued further education at Bunker Hill Community College. Ky’ann’s passion for community service led him to join the AmeriCorps Massachusetts Promise Fellowship, where he gained invaluable experience and insights in youth development. Ky’ann has also worked at Crossroads for Kids, Teens Lead at Work, The Center for Teen Empowerment, Playworks, and The Mary Lyon High School. Having participated in various youth centers and leadership programs himself, Ky’ann deeply understands the transformative impact these organizations can have on young people’s lives. He is excited to bring his knowledge, experience, and dedication to The Possible Zone, where he aims to continue making a positive difference in the lives of Boston’s youth.
