Sean O’Rourke
Former Director of Fellowship & Enterprises
From 2023-2025, Sean led cohorts of Venture Fellows, which included three female-run businesses focused on fashion, an entrepreneurship platform, and a production company. In addition, Sean–who brought a strong entrepreneurship and product design background–spearheaded next steps to support research and development of TPZ’s Enterprises, our in-house businesses.
In Sean’s robust experience, he has been a Head of Product, creating original designs; he has successfully launched fundraising campaigns for clients; led manufacturing and design processes; overseen supply chains; and taught entrepreneurship to youth.
