As a Senior Executive Intern, Simeon Lichtenstein works both as a technician and helper for the STEAM team. He knows how to use almost every single machine in TPZ and assists students and staff during the creation process of their own projects. He writes tutorials, creates workshops and shows what’s possible on machines and tools. He brings positive energy to the space and contributes to meaningful and authentic bonds with both staff and students.
Simeon has actually been with TPZ for over five years, having started as a student in 2018. While working full-time at TPZ, Simeon is currently an undergraduate student at Northeastern, pursuing a degree in Business and Computer Science. With a passion for creation, he is often conceiving business ideas and brainstorming creative solutions to both simple and complex problems.
In his personal life, he is a very avid chess player, dancer and maker. He’s been playing chess competitively for over 6 years and loves the game. He has a passion for Latin dance, in fact, he was on the Northeastern Latin Dance team for several years and then started his own Latin dance team. In his heart, he will always be a maker, in both creation and concept, and has fun trying and learning new things and ideas!
