Senior Director of CTE & Work-Based Learning Partnerships
As Senior Director of Career & Technical Education (CTE) and Work-Based Learning Partnerships, Stefana leads our strategic partnerships for WBL opportunities in Boston and Lawrence. Previously, she was the Senior Director of the Office of Career Integrated Learning, an innovative career development office at Middlesex Community College (MCC). She was also the Director of Biotech Learn and Earn at MCC where she built and led the strategic direction of career programs that provide associate degree students with economic mobility. Stefana leveraged partnerships with companies like Takeda, Pfizer, and Bristol Myers to open pathways for students’ workforce development. Prior to that role, Stefana was the Assistant Director of Cornell University’s, “The Cornell Commitment,” where she led experiential learning programming for undergraduate students, supporting college and career readiness.. She completed her B.A. at UMass Amherst and a Master’s of Public Administration from Cornell University Institute of Public Affairs.
