Yasenia Dudley Ed.D.

Vice President of Education, Curriculum & Instruction

Yasenia is an Afro-Latina, born and raised in Boston, MA. She brings many years of experience working in education and youth development across the region to the position. As Vice President of Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Yasenia is leading the day-to-day operations of our programs, ensuring that students have a high-quality experience across our sites. She is focusing on staff leadership, collaborating with the team on our curriculum and instructional practices, and building on our partnerships with local and statewide leaders in education. Yasenia has earned her Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Urban Leadership from Johns Hopkins School of Education, a Masters of Arts in Counseling and Health Psychology from the Williams James College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Among her many roles in education, she most recently served as the Vice Principal of City on a Hill Public Charter School in Roxbury and prior to that was Dean of Students at the Brooke Charter School in East Boston. In her free time, Yasenia likes to spend time with her family and friends, work out, and relax with her Newfoundland Hercules, chocolate Lab Kaleeci and Shorkie Caspian. Based on her experience and her leadership, Yasenia was honored as a member of the Boston Latino 30 Under 30 List and was selected as an Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellow.
