TPZ Ventures was created to:
- Provide mobilizing employment in exciting, resume-worthy enterprises that help our young learners develop in-demand cross-industrial skills
- Create scalable revenue to support TPZ’s financial sustainability goals
- Embody excellence & the entrepreneurial spirit to help our co-workers and our young learners dream far beyond their current circumstances
Through TPZ Ventures, our community’s youth and young adults develop skills and their self identities via immersive entrepreneurial work-based experiences. Here, they build the skills needed to forge their own paths to financial freedom. With an ambitious vision of creating a powerful engine of sustainable growth, TPZ Ventures is also poised to contribute significant financial resources to fuel the expansion of all TPZ Programming.
