As a student in the Discover class, you will explore the entrepreneurial mindsets and skills by learning about the factors contributing to building a robust entrepreneurial spirit. Two days each week, you will engage with various tools as you consider different projects that could serve as inspiration for your business ideas. Additionally, you will learn from other entrepreneurs, gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be an entrepreneur, and actively find areas of opportunities that may not yet be addressed.
Spring Term runs April 7th through June 20th. Classes are twice each week–Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00-6:30 PM or Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00-6:30 PM. Programs are FREE and fun!
Eligibility: Students living in Boston and attending a Boston high school; students from Grades 9 & 10; students who are reading at English Level 3 or above.
Student Benefits: Stipend: at least $24 for each day; access to state-of-the-art Makerspace; food & snacks. Some students may qualify to receive HS + College Credits
